It’s very likely that I will be out of town for the holidays so I’m looking for people to sublet my apartment for that week. Dates are still flexible but probably something like December 24 – January 2.

Right now I have pretty much no furniture and guests with lots of crap so not a good time to take pictures. However, the description:

Apartment:
- One bedroom apartment with additional 2p sofa bed by then too. Ideal for 2-4 persons
- 4th floor elevator building
- Clean, renovated apartment and building, quiet street
- Lots of windows, tons of light
- Equipped kitchen
- Wifi but no TV

Neighborhood:
- East 3rd Street & ave C (East Village/Alphabet City) – that’s here
- 3 min walk to orange F/V ‘2nd avenue’ stop connecting you to Downtown, uptown, central park etc. 6min walk to green 4/5/6 and yellow N/R/Q connecting you to pretty much anywhere. Subway map here.
- Full of bars and restaurants and grocery stores and anything your heart might crave for

Price:
Up for negotiation, cheaper than a hotel for sure. Will depend on how long you stay and with how many people (max 4).

Required:
- deposit of $1000 that you will get back when you leave
- You’ll be asked to pay 2 days in advance, rest when you leave
- Clean responsible people that keep my apartment and furniture in the state I left in it
