One Show bans fake ads

Ad agencies submitting ads that were never approved by the client will be banned for 5 years, but more remarkable, ads that only run once somewhere late night with airtime paid by the agency will also result in a 3 year ban. That is the first time an award organisation is taking action against all the fake ads being created just for award purposes. Imagine this trend spreads. It would lead to much less genius advertising on award shows but also to a much less hypocrite and retarded industry.
